“Do You Desire Life?” - Register Below

Spend a weekend with the monks of St. Benedict’s Abbey and discover what it means to seek God through a life of prayer, community, and service. This Come and See Retreat invites college men* to experience monastic life firsthand—praying the Divine Office, joining in the rhythm of work and silence, and sharing in fraternity with the monks.

* This weekend is primarily for college men but remains open for all men aged 18-35 interested in discerning a vocation to the monastic life.

The weekend begins Friday at 4:00 p.m. and concludes after lunch on Sunday.

Schedule Highlights:

  • Daily Mass and Liturgy of the Hours with the monks

  • Retreat conferences on discernment and silence

  • Time for personal prayer, Lectio Divina, and reflection

  • Helping the monks with scheduled work tasks

  • Meals and fellowship in community

  • Recreation and time outdoors on the Abbey grounds
